Is the Vref_A=Vref_B=1.8V operation possible?

Our customer are looking for bi-direction or 3 state logic buffer at the following condition.

- VCC=1.8V

- Data speed 52MHz (CLK and DATA)

If the above condition is possible, we would like to suggest this device(LSF0101 or LSF0102).

I would like to understand why is the requirement 1.8V on Vref A and VrefB ? If the requirement is to have A and B signals both at 1.8V , then you can have VrefA and VrefB both at 1V signal apart , eg 1.8V VrefA and 3.3V VrefB and have signal at 1.8V level pass through it .
If the requirement is to have a logic buffer then this is not a good idea since LSF doesn't have drive current of its own. The simple logic buffer sn74LVC1G17 / sn74lvc1g34 should work . If bidirectional requirement , then sn74LVC245A can be considered.

I think SN74LVC245A will be good. Can this device support the data rate at 52 MHz?
