Hi,
I am using TL16CP754C Quad UART.
Just I wanted to confirm if it is possible to set /CSA, /CSB, /CSC and /CSD to Low and access the registers.
That means can we have a scenario where all chip selects set to Zero and A2, A1 and A0 = 111 so that we can access Scratch register of all the UARTs at the same tine ?

Any inputs on the following query.
In the datasheet of the UART Controller Page-25, I don't understand the timing diagrams.
I have to calculate for how long /CS is pulled low for Write timing.
Is it simply t6s + t13w + t6h?
For write timing diagram for fisrt half of the operation /CS goes low first, after that /IOW goes low first.
What is the difference between these two?
