SN65C3223EPWR and TRSF3223EIPW - what is the difference?

Hi all,

I am trying to find out what the difference is on the above 2 parts. Both are IC LINE DRVR/RCVR RS232 20-TSSOP and from the data sheets appear to be identical parts - pin compatible. Can anyone help me and tell me what the difference is?
