Hi,
What voltage rating should we use for the flying capacitors on the MAX3222 ?
We believe that the internal charge pump can drive up to about 7V across the flying capacitors which must add any di/dt induced voltages caused by the fast switching and should be rated at least 10V before derating.
Is our understanding correct ?
