How to properly configure DP83640 for fiber communication?

The best way to configure the DP83640 for fiber operation is to use the straps. 

You can see an example of the necessary board level connections on the DP83640T-EVK (http://www.ti.com/tool/dp83640t-evk).

The optical transceiver module is an Avago AFBR 5803TZ

I also want to know how to proper configure all the registers of dp83640 in fiber mode.. do i have to write some code or anything else.. please do help.. its urgent..

However, it should be noted that the simplest mechanism for configuring fiber is through the use of straps.  Configuration of fiber via straps is the recommended configuration method.
