DP83865 power-up issue

In our customer's boards, the 1.8V supplies (i.e. CORE_VDD and 1V8_AVDDx) are powered up at the same time prior to the other supplies (i.e. IO_VDD and 2V5_AVDDx). Until the other supplies are powered up, the other supplies seem to rise to approximately 1V with the 1.8V supplies.

Does DP83865 have the characteristic that can cause such a behavior?

    Daisuke,

    I am not aware of any problems with power up of the DP83865, but I would like to understand the behavior you are describing.

    Could you share a scope shot of the supplies ramping up?  Ideally, I would like to see the four supplies (CORE_VDD, 1V8_AVDD, IO_VDD, 2V5_AVDD) together so that I could understand the timing. 

    What is the state of the DP83865 after power up?  Are the boards operating normally?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I only get the scope shot. To investigate, IO_VDD and/or 2V5_AVDD are not connected to the corresponding supply output.
