USB-2-MDIO: Source of USB-2-MDIO Would be very helpful

Thanks that would great, the aspect of the USB-2-MDIO as you may have guessed is the MDIO part of the software, we have had issues implementing the MDIO protocol since some of examples we have seen result in the clock and data changing together. Yes i know the original spec was that and you made the delay by track or chip settings, looking at the LaunchPad it looks like you have not chosen that method, so i'm assuming the setting up of the clock and data timing is within the software of the USB-2-MDIO?

What i'm proposing is using something like the MSP430G22553 or in production a surface mount vairiant to setup the devices then go to sleep and release the MDIO and MDC lines.

Since then have been looking into the MDIO comms, I'm not the only one it appears with problems and it appears to be spread across a lot of Pic manufacturers?

How come this is such a big issue?

We can share though a pseudo code and basic process for implementation if that would help you in your development.
