DP83630: Crystal tolerance

Hey, 

I'm working on a project using Ethernet PYH DP83630. The datasheet specifies a max crystal tolerance of +/-50ppm and max 1-year aging of +/-50ppm.

I'm wondering may I add them up and use whatever crystal has +/-100ppm total tolerance (initial, temperature and aging)?
