DP83848K: reserved pin (pin: 8, 9, 10)

Hi Team,

I would like to confirm if reserved pin (pin: 8,9,10) are internally connected to the device or not.
The background of the question is my customer is evaluating DP83848K but they set these pins to be pull-up to VCC(=3.3V) through 2.2kΩ, so I would like to know the impact for their evaluation.
