Hello all,

I have questions about DP83867 linux driver.

1. Is DP83867 possible to operate normally with the generic PHY driver in linux kernel version 2.6.37?

2. If it is impossible, could you recommend any PHY chips which support GMII mode and is available in linux kernel version 2.6.37 except DP83867?

Hi,

1. Basic register set are inline with IEEE definition and shall be compatible to standard linux driver.
2. GMII is available on 64 pin DP83867.

There is a problem that ethernet is not working as below.

So I read extended register correctly as below.

1803.DP83867 Register.xlsx

Please kindly check the register set-up and find out the cause of ethernet working issue.
