Does TUSB8041 USB HUB have support Andriod system?

Does the USB 3.0 device problem happen on Port 1 as well? The switch used on Ports 2 and 3 may be causing the connection issues, can you try hardwiring to work for one Type-C orientation and testing it?

They are all using USB 3.0 speed.
Can the customer confirm that the 5V to the downstream devices does not drooop below 5V when the devices are attached?
Confirm that the 1.1V and 3.3V rails to the hub do not droop when USB 3.0 is enabled - there is a current jump
If all voltages are solid, there may be a routing issue that is impacting signal quality. Can you share the layout over private message?
