Hi,
As the title says, what should i do with DP83848K thermal pad ? I know it is used for heat dissipation and datasheet recommends to add couple of vias to enhance thermal performance. But, i didn't see anything about electrical connection. Is it recommended to connect thermal pad to GND or leave it unconnected ?
