Hi,

Should we implement individual ground island for VSS and VSSA, then connect these 2 islands to the system ground?
Should we match REFCLK differential pair track length with TX/RX track length?

Hello YY,

1. yes, you should connect both to system ground.
2. It is not needed, you just need to verify that PCB trace of CLK to CLKOUT6 should be slightly longer than the longest CLKOUTx PCB trace.

The current design is without the separated ground island and connected to system ground directly. What could be the possible issue?

Sorry if my comment was not clear, I mean you can connect both to system ground they don't require a separated island for each.
