Hi,
I know this is a common issue and I have went through every comment posted on this forum but I couldn't solve it.
I did tie the reset pin to 15K pull up and a tried all values of caps from 10nF to 4.7uF, no Luck.
a)SUSPND and TSTMOD are tied to ground
b)TSTPLL is tied to GND
c)EXTEMEM is tied high
d)GANGED is tied to GND
e)EECLK is floating
f)DP0 is pulled up with a 1.5KOhm
g) all DPn DMn are pulled down with a 15KOhm
h)All ovrcurrent are pulled high 7.5KOhm.
i) The crystal has 1KOhm on XTAL2
j)I had 22Ohm on DP0 and DM0
k)For the first Blue is the clock on XTAL2, Magenta is the reset pin, yellow is 3.3V, the cap was at about 1uF
l) for the second magenta is 3.3V, yellow is clock, blue is reset, and the cap value is at about 30pF
