SN65DSI85: Verify operating mode is correct

Part Number: SN65DSI85
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DSI-TUNER

I'm doing a new design with the SN65DSI85 and I wanted to make sure I'm selecting the right operating modes and that this will work.

First I have two separate displays which take the following input format:

Them I'm going to use the Dual DSI Inputs (two streams) to two Single-Link LVDS operating mode from Table 4. where LVDS_LINK_CFG = 0 and DSI_CH_MODE = 10.  This lets me drive in two different video streams on each DSI channel.

Then I believe that Figure 9 above actually matches what you call Format 2.  So in register 0x18 I will leave bit 1 and bit 0 to their default value of zero.  CHA_24BPP_MODE, and CHB_24BPP_MODE will be each be set to 1 to enable 24bpp operation.

Am I doing this right?

Thank you
