AM5728: Actions to replace Ethernet PHY from TLK105 to DP83822IRHBT, which are not covered by snla262.pdf

Part Number: AM5728
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLK105

Hello,
I'm reading snla262.pdf for a Sitara AM5728 customer.
The dp83822 would be a pin to pin replacement part, basically, but could you please share if there are any actions or careabouts which the PDF doesn't cover now?

My concerns are:
- Actions for pin24 difference.
- Actions for firmware: Ethernet stack vendors may request a support fee for a PHY other than TLK105* on the Sitara EVM.

- Firmware modification if it is sensitive to PHY Identifier Register values.

- "You can use the DP83822 with the TLK105 firmware."
>> I understood that no firmware modification requred for DP83822. But I think some Ethernet stack vendor may request a support fee for a new PHY. Do you agree?

 - mandatory PU/PD on pin 24.
 - remove decaps from PFBIN1/2 and PFBOUT carried from TLK design. (Option just for lower BOM cost.)
