DS90C189-Q1: OA_C and OB_C are syncronized? Could data from OB_x be referenced to OA_x?

Hi, I've a setup like this: uP-> DS90C189-Q1 (LVDS ser) -> DS90UB947-Q1 (FPDL3 ser)

- DS90C189-Q1 outputs two CLKs: OA_C and OB_C

- DS90UB947-Q1 has just one CLK input.

Could be data OB_x be referenced to OA_C clk? Are both clock syncronized?
