the mdio pin is always output and can not read or write internal registers. strap mode for address is mode 1 and address is 0.
You will need to provide us more context here.
Can you please send us a schematic and more description on what the issue is please?

Hi Ross Pimentel
the the schematic if attached. my problem is that after reset, mdio pin loads the signal that sourced from dsp.
it seems that tho mdio pin is output after reset.
Thank you for your answer.
There is an internal pull-up on MDIO to VDDIO.
Is this what you are seeing?
I do not see a schematic attached.
Hi Ross Pimentel
schematic is attached. pull-up isn't my problem. the problem is that after reset mdio is output and i can not set the device internal registers.
