What is the minimum height for this part? I only see the 1mm max height listed on the package outline drawing.

Hi,

Our datasheets defines max values as it helps customer keep the height margin on their board. We don't expect much variation in this value. Can you please explain the need causing you to look for minimal value as well ?

Hi Geet, we're planning to apply a thermal gap filler above this component to help remove the heat. In order to size the gap and select an appropriate gap filler, I need to know the expected tolerance on the component height.
