TUSB1210: Is it possible to see raw USB bus data at ULSI interface?

Hello,

We would like to copy USB2.0 bus raw data. Our idea is USB2.0(1) communication to copy at USB2.0 bus(2) as below. is the below configuration copy USB2.0 raw data?

USB2.0 bus(1) -> TUSB1210 -> ULPI -> FPGA -> ULPI -> TUSB1210 -> USB2.0 bus(2)

We are not sure TUSB1210 do something for meeting USB2.0 protocol or only serial-to-parallel conversion.

It would be helpful if above configuration can copy USB raw data or not. If impossible, we will look for a switch.

I am not familiar with the USB hub so please let me ask.

Host -> peripheral: I think host USB bus data copies to 4 ports. Is my understanding correct?

Peripheral -> Host: Does a peripheral USB bus data copy to another peripheral port as well as host port?

When usb hub used, can peripheral device receive both upward and downward data?
