Hi,
Datasheet specifies 4.7mA typical supply current for HD3SS3412, while TI.com parameter search gives 3.6uA. Is there a mistake in datasheet? 4.7mA feels quite high for a passive switch.
Thanks!

Juha

based on power data, 4.7ma should be right. where did you find 3.6ua data, maybe is idle current.
Can you explain that a bit further? According to DS max power dissipation is 4.4mW. When power dissipation is calculated with 3.6V supply voltage and max Idd, we have 3.6V*6mA=21.6mW meaning it is not matching.
HD3SS3412 is passive switch so is not driving termination resistors. Where is all that current going?
