TS3USB221E: The behavior when VCC=0V and (DP/DN or 1DP/1DN or 2DP/2DN)=HIGH

Part Number: TS3USB221E

Hi, TS3USB221E support team

I have three question as follows:

[1] As far as I see the 6.1 absolute maximum rating of the datasheet, I can understand that a device is never broken even if the voltage is applied to Vio pin when Vcc=OFF.

      Is my thought correct?

[2] Will a device occur the unexpected behavior when Vcc=OFF and Vio=High?

[3] Or, will the voltage from Vio occur to Vcc pin via the internal circuit?

Thanks

Tamio
