DP83867IR: No communication to MAC

Part Number: DP83867IR

Hello,

i´m testing a prototype board with the DP83867IRPAP and ran into a problem.

After sucessfull auto-negotiation there is a 1GB Link. But the PHY is not sending the received data through the mac-interface, even though i know there is incomming data.

The activity LED is lighting up when receiving data.

RX_CLK is 125MHz.

The only thing i get is a signal on the CRS pin in RGMII-Mode when there is incomming data, but no signals on RXD, RX_DV, RX_ER.

When the Interface is set to GMII there is no activity on CRS anymore.

Both the idle error counter in the Status-Register STS1 and the Receive Error Counter Register RECR show 0.

Here is a list of the registers after auto-negotiation:

Basic Mode Control Register   (BMCR)                            0x0000      0x1140

Basic Mode Status Register  (BMSR)                               0x0001      0x796D

I hope you have some tips to solve the problem.
