Hello, enclosed the following scenario:

The PHY Supply voltages VDDIO und VDDA are available.

After a time 'x' the Enable Pin will be switched to 'high'by e.g. a microcontroller.

Is there a setup time to wait, before the PHY can get configured via SMI ?

'What is the min time enable high to first MDIO telegram ?'

    Hi Ralf,

    Based on the state machine in section 8.4 of the datasheet, holding the PHY is disabled while holding the enable pin low. The device will have the same timing requirements as the POR timing requirements, 60 ms max.  Post power-up stabilization-time prior to MDC preamble for register access is defined as T5.5 in the datasheet.
