I would like to know if I could get the data file of the S-parameter of ONET1191PRGTT (including the forward gain if applicable). Thanks in advance.

    Theresia,

    I am sorry but we do not have s-parameters available for the ONET1191P. You also need to keep in mind that 1191P is a limiting amplifier and has a very small linear range of operation where s-parameters are truly valid. The device will start limiting with an input voltage of around 10mVpp differential.

    thank you for your reply.

    I've been discussing with my supervisor and we would like to proceed the project (for 10Gbps data transmission) we began using this IC. However, I've seen in another post that TI doesn't provide the EVB for ONET1191P. Could you please give me the information regarding the necessary specification for the PCB (layer stack up, recommended prepreg material, etc.)?
