Linear Laser and RCLED drivers for low to 312MHz BW

Hi TI, 

I'm looking for a linear laser driver for a green laser diode and also a laser driver for a RCLED. The electrical signal is a differential PAM-16 data stream with peak frequency component at 312 MHz. I need to driver the optical components with this signal. Regular digital drivers are not suitable due to the multi-level encoding. So ideally a linear driver is best. I was thinking that a driver designed for Hybrid FTTx systems that also supported RF over fiber might be suitable. Do TI have such designs?
