Hello Patrick.

I'm sorry but we do not have a 1G optical module reference design. We have only offered a reference design for our latest 10G parts 9ONET1151L, ONET1151P and ONET8551T).

1. The ONET4291TA is provided in die form only and must be asemblied with a photodiode to make an optical receiver. Figure 18 in the datasheet shows a recommended bonding diagram.
