hi,

Does TI has recommendation for 1ns pulse laser driver design?

Need TIA design that works with 10nA to 1MA PhotoDetector Current.

I found the TIDA-00725 TI ref design with OPA857 + THS4541, but since I need TIA that works with 10nA to 1mA photodetector current, I am not sure if LMH6629 is a better option to get work? Any reference circuit will be helpful.

    Hi KPK,

    Sorry for the delay. Please take a look into ONET2591TA which is a Transimpedance Amplifier with AGC and RSII (2.5Gbps) with a current into IN from -0.7mA to 2.5mA.
