Hi,

Can I check what is the storage temperature for ONET8551T? I can only find operating temperature support -40 to +100 deg C but not for storage temp in datasheet.

Main reason for asking is in the assembly process, the TIA is glue to header with epoxy. the curing condition for epoxy is 180+-5deg C for 1 hour. is this condition fine for the chip?

Hello Kpk,

I am not sure on this. The datasheet for the ONET2804T lists 150 Degrees C for the maximum storage temperature. I think that processing temperature is different, though, because our packaged parts are good for 260 Degrees C for a short time for soldering.

I will see if I can get an answer.

Hello Kpk,

Our vendor uses material QMI529HT cured at 150c for 90 minutes. This keeps the die below the recommended 150c absolute maximum.
