Laser Driver selection help

Hi

I'm not familiar with laser driver.

Could you help me to select appropriate laser driver?

Requirement:

Output current -> 250mA(max)

Output voltage -> 3.5V(max)

Pulse width -> 4.0nsec

Light emission period ->2.2 usec

Do you have a part meeting these spec?

    Can you please provide further information on the intended application of the laser driver:

    1. What data rate is the device intended to use? From the pulse width it appears to be 250Mbps- please confirm if it is.

    2. Which type of laser are you planning to use the driver for? Whether it is an EML, DML or VCSEL?

    3. The output voltage of 3.5V max: Is it in Differential output configuration?

    4. Can you please clarify what exactly does th "light emission period" correspond to? 

    Any further application-specific info will be helpful in recommending the appropriate driver for you.
