Customer examined the DS32EV100, DS100BR410 and DS64EV100 vs the IDT - 89HP0602Q ; 89HP0604S.
The IDT - 89HP0602Q ; 89HP0604S is dual channel repeater (equalizer and de-emphasis) while the DS32EV100 is one channel equalizer only or DS100BR410 with four channels repeater.
Do you have such device – equalizer and driver (de-emphasis) for dual channels (like the IDT) ?
Which similar devices do you have for cml
Eli,
I am not sure what features are needed for the customers application but they may want to consider a device like SN65LVCP402 that can be used as a two channel repeater with RX EQ and TX pre-emph/de-emph as one possible option. Note that SN65LVCP402 only supports data rate up 4.25Gbps.

DS64EV100 is a single channel equalizer, and DS64EV400 is a quad channel equalizer. We do not have a dual-channel version.
What about the DS100BR210?
You are right. DS100BR210 is a dual, DS100BR410 is a quad Equalizer/Redriver for 10.3Gbps.
According to the DS100BR210 data sheet this component designed for the Fiber Channel application.
Specifically I need verify than this component compliant to the ANSI X3.230-1994 (ANSI X3T11 Fibre Channel Interface) and to the ANSI INCITS 352-2002 (Fiber Channel – Physical Interface).
Can you check to confirm?
Need URGENT reply as will meet the customer on Tuesday morning
Hi Eli,
The DS100BR210 device has been designed to meet high speed design challanges for Fiber Channel in the multi-gigabit rates. The rates listed are up to 4.25 Gbps fiber channel and the DS100BR210 device can be used in this application when interfacing to optical modules.
Thanks, Nate
Hi Net
We know its meet FC.
Can I understand you do not hasve information if this device or any other devices, compliance to the ANSI X3.230-1994 ,ANSI X3T11 and to the ANSI INCITS 352-2002 ?
The device has been tested to meet the data rates and the electrical parameters meet the FC requirements. Specific testing for the ANSI specifications has not been completed and the DS100BR210 device can be tuned to meet the requirements.
