tlk6201ea internall pullup/pulldown values

Hi,

I am looking for the internal pullup and pulldown resistor values for the control signals such as POL, DIS, SWG, DE.  I need this info basically to see how comfortable I am to leave them floating without having to put a stronger value on these pins.  The application section on the datasheet does not have any specific information on whether external resistors are needed or recommended.

    Hi TG,

    I apologize for the delay on this, the designer of this part has been traveling and has been a little difficult to get a hold of.

    The resistor values are as follow:

    POL / DE – ~715kohm

    DIS / SWG – ~825kohm

    But it has some additional PU/PD resistors and the design needs to be opened up to verify what they are. I will ping the designer again today and see if has had a chance to open the design yet but I cannot comment on his time table because I think he is still traveling. I will post here again when I can confirm the resistor values.

    Hi Mike,

        Never saw a follow up to the reply  of September 2013 regarding the additional TLK6201 internal PU/PD resistors.  So i think the question remains: What are the TLK6201  internal PU/PD resistances on the POL/DE and DIS/SWG pins including the additional PU/PD you referenced in the prior reply?  We can't finalize the value of external resistors and release a new design without knowing the answer to this question, so your prompt attention is appreciated.  Apologize if you already answered and i just happen to miss it.

    The information that you are looking for is below:

     

    DEO: 400k pull-up to VCC

    DE1: 400k pull-up to VCC

    POL: 400k pull-up to VCC

     

    SWG: 400k pull-down to GND

    DIS: 400k pull-down to GND
