About VDD_SEL of DS80PCI102 datasheet, writing by P4 and P14 differ.
・Page4 ： Tie GND = 3.3V mode
・Page14 ： Tie VDD_SEL = 0 with 1K resistor to GND.
Which is right?
（I think OK by both.）
