AES-10 (MADI) Cable Drivers and Equlizers

In aes10 (MADI) applications:

1, Which is more suitable for cable driver output clc006 and sn65elt20?

2, LMH0344 can be used to cable equalizer?

I would use the LMH0001 cable driver for MADI.  Either the CLC006 of CLC007 would work, but these are both quite old parts, and the performance of the LMH0001 is better.

MADI has very loose control over the amplitude specification and as a result, equalizers designed to operate with SMPTE video signals (which have very tightly controlled output amplitude specs) may have some issues.   I believe that the equalizer which would have the best opportunity to work with the MADI signals would be the LMH0394 equalizer - it has lower power consumtion than the '0344 and more flexibility with the register settings.

1, LMH0001 is a good choice for cable driver .

2, LMH0394 is good for cable equalizer,but it is need  system SPI peripheral, Let the complicate system design,If use PECL to  TTL translator  to receive MADI, to give the Processor,eg. SN65EPT23D.  how?
