SERDESUB-913ROS EVB with coaxial cable

Dear TI support,

I have SERDESUB-913 EVB. (DS90UB913/914 Demo board, rev.A) This board has DS90UB913/14Q chip and has option of single ended coaxial cables. But DS90UB913/4 datasheet does not mention coaxial cable support. DS90UB913/4"A" does support coaxial cable.

So the question is,

- Can I use coaxial cable with DS90UB913/4?

- If so,

   - part number of coaxial connector fit with the board?

   - which component should be inserted/removed? I think C16, C19 and R80 should be stuffed, and C17 and C18 should be removed.

    Hello,

    The DS90UB913/914 does not support a single-ended, coaxial cable connection. Only the "A" revision of these devices supports this.
