PCIe GbE switch connection

I am searching for a integrated solution to connect a gigabit ethernet
switch via PCIe:

* Host: PCIe x1
* Switch: RGMII

As far as I understand, a network interface controller without PHY is
what I need. Do you have anything in your product range that can be used
in my case?

The component selection regarding the switch is also to be determined.
These are the features required:

* >= 6 copper GbE ports
* 1 (R)GMII port to be connected to the host using PCIe
* VLAN tagging

Could you please send a high level block diagram so that I can understand the flow of this system? I am not clear what you are asking for. I will be able to more easily address this issue with some more description.

Sure. This picture shows more exactly what I want. Unfortunately the ARM-Module I want to use has an onboard PHY and no RGMII port.

The part I'm looking for is labeled with "NIC". From my understanding I need a NIC without PHY (just a MAC), right?

I have moved your post to the High Speed Interface forum. I am not sure if we have a device that will provide the PCIe to RGMII bridging functionality you need for your application, but I believe this forum is the most likely place to find a solution.
