Dear Sirs

My customer want to use TLK10232 and Broadcom IC BCM56850 for their product.

They want to communicate TLK10232 and Broadcom IC BCM56850 with KR interface.

Is there any issue with TLK10232 and Broadcom’s KR interface?

If there is no issue for KR interface, I think that they will use TLK10232 solution.

Please help the question.

Hi Nat,

It seems that Broadcom BCM56850 supports XFI, SFI, KR and XIAUI (128 SerDes @ 10.3125G), evenly, TLK10232 supports these interfaces, hence both devices would be compatible to link up.
