Dear TI communitor

I have a question about DS90UB913/914A transmission distance.

"Capable of driving up to 15m coaxial or 20m shielded twisted-pair cables" is specified in datasheet.

if it needs to be supported by the cable length up to 30m,

is there a way to solve the problem to use DS90UB913/914A? or is there other device ?

    The ideal device will depend upon your particular application's need:

    What is the data rate that you are wanting to transmit - you will be able to get slightly longer cable lengths at lower data rates?

    Use of a lower loss cable will allow for longer cables to be used.

    If the backchannel communications are not required you may want to look at devices such as the DS32EL0421/DS32EL0124 serdes pair which are able to support longer cable lengths.
