Hello Team,

Please let me allow to ask you about the LMH1983 input pins. Could you please help us on the following questions ?

[Q1]
Are there any input pins which has internal pull-up or pull-down ?

[Q2]
This may be the same question to Q1, but, is there any input pin which can be left floating, when not used ?

Kawai-San,

SMBUS, SYNC pins, and INIT pins have very weak pull down. The value of these resistors could be at least 100K.

Hello Nasser-san,

Thank you for the information. I think that you could not rely on the internal weak pull down, using as these pins as floating.
We should recommend customer to always set to VCC or GND when the pin function is not used.

Am I correct ?

Kawai-San,

I agree. If the pins are not being driven or they are floating then it could be a good idea to either pull down or up.
