Our customers have been questions as to whether the alternative in factors such as properties that change in "tSD, tDD" range of values of is determined by the time of manufacture individual characteristics, temperature, etc. use environment.

Will This value is the first place of the variation value to Min ~ Max?

We want to know reason that how was Min and Max values of TSD and TDD derived .

tSD and tDD are determined by SCK cycle. So, these are a customer usage related.

Does it mean that the Min and Max value changes by SCK the customer to set?
Also I think tSD value and tDD value due to the SCK the customer has set does not change.

Yes, the Min and Max values are depended on what SCK frequency is at the customer application. If SCK frequency is fixed, the delay time will be not too much changed.
