Hi,

Can you please provide the following information for the DS90LV032ATM/NOPB and for DS90LV031ATM?

I couldn't find it in the datasheet.

1. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)

2. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

3. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

Hi Amit,

We do not have data for this from thermal modeling, as this part was developed before some of our thermal data became standardized. I will submit a thermal modeling request to obtain those values for you. This may take 2-3 weeks, depending on how loaded the thermal modeling team is. I'll monitor this and get back to you when I hear back.

Hi Amit,

Actually, after doing some digging, I found thermal data for the DS90LV031ATM:

Theta JA = 84.9
Theta JB = 42.4
Theta JC (top) = 46.0
Psi JT = 12.9
Psi JB = 42.2

Looks like a request has already been filed recently for the DS90LV032ATM data. I will get back to you when that request is closed by our thermal modeling team.
