Hi Expert,

Could you please show us internal pulldown value of PDB ?

According to datasheet, I guess min Pulldown value can be caluculated as shown below.

* Max input current is 10uA and min VDDIO is 3.3*0.9 = 2.97V

So, min pulldown value is

2.97 / (10 * 10^-6) = 300k ohm

(But I'm not sure whether 10uA is value in case of internal pulldown was enabled or not..)

Is my understanding correct ?

Machida-san,

The internal pull-down resistor is not a single resistor configuration. But I think that is a good estimation.

I have found intersting thread.

[ DS90UB928 ] Internal Pull-Down Resistor Value

Despite "input current" of both DS90Ux926 and 928 are same as DS90UH948 (10uA), TI member mentioned internal pull down resistor value is 30k ohm.

So, I confused which information is correct. (The resistor value which is mentioned above thread is too different to my calculation resistor value...)
Can you get approximate value ?
