I would like you to confirm whether DS99R103(FPD-LINKII Device) have FSCM(Fail-Safe Clock Monitor) funciton or not.

Could you please confirm ?

I also want to confirm whether DS99R103 have function which can detect abnormal clock or not. (Except FSCM)
