To Whom It Concerns,

I am designing a DO-160G Lightning protection circuit to protect the SDO output of the LMH0302 IC. To properly design this circuit I need to know the specific internal configuration of the SDO circuit within the IC or an impedance representation relating to Vcc and Ground at the SDO output pins.

I have looked through all available public info including other forum questions and have not found my answer.

I greatly appreciate any assistance on this.

    Hi Tom,

    Would the IBIS model for the LMH0302 help provide you enough information about the pin characteristics?

    I opened the LMH0302 IBIS model on TI.com and was able to find the C_comp and pin resistance/inductance/capacitance information for the SDO outputs:

    Model info "Capacitance" = C_comp

    In addition, you can view the pull-down, rising waveform, and falling waveform behavior of the pin:

    Pull-Down

    Rising

    Falling
