DS90UB914 SSCG question

Hi-

I have a question about the spread spectrum clock generator on the DS90UB914.  In the datasheet, is says that in register 2, the low nibble controls the SSCG.  For example, the register setting 0x08 says:

1000: fmod (kHz) PCLK/1300, fdev +/-2%.

where Fmod is the modulation frequency and Fdev is the frequency deviation.

If my PCLK is 80 MHz for example, does that mean that the modulation rate is 80000000 / 1300 = 61538.46158461 kHz?

That number doesn't makes sense, because that's 61538462 Hz, just 18.46 MHz less than my example PCLK of 80 MHz (80000000 Hz).

What are the correct units?

Thanks,

-Randy
