INT-DS25CP114 is used between DS90UB927 and DS90UB926, can't work!

Hello

my customer was used DS25CP114 betweeen DS90UB927 and DS90UB926 as LVDS switcch, but the it isn't work, but the system is work well when we connected the 972 and 926 directe.

And my test resulte is that the output signal same as the input signal of DS25CP114 without loard. but the out put signal is not correct when DS25CP114 connected the load(926).

Anybody  help me to give some commments for it? thanks very much.

    Hi,

    The DS25CP114 has been used successfully between the 926 and 927 devices many times.  What is not correct about the output signal?

    One potential issue is the i2c signals utilizing the same differential pair on the 926 and 927.  The DS25CP114 cannot pass these signals in either direction.  For the interface to work, the i2c communication must be disabled in both 926 and 927.

    the issue as below, the output frequency is lower than input.

    and do you meaning is the I2C just effect the I2C can't work, but it is not effect the video communication?

    Hi,

    The I2C in the 926 should also be disabled.  There is no impact on the video information, only I2C information is cutoff.

    The DS25CP114 is only a buffer / crosspoint, without an internal CDR or PLL it cannot change the frequency of the data pattern.

    What is the DS25CP114 setting for crosspoint configuration? Make sure it is correct.
