[ DS90UB914A ] CMLOUTP/N during BIST mode

Hi,

Let me make sure that CMLOUTP/N pins can be used during BIST mode enabled. If CML Output Enable bit (0x3F[4]) is set to 0, then output signal can be monitored from CMLOUTP/N pins. Also it's reasonable to use BIST test pattern for receiver eye integrity test.
