Could I know if it can be floating for unused pins of TI HD3SS3412RUAT as below? Thank you.

Hi Patrick,

The isolation measurements on page 8 of the datasheet show 100 ohm differential terminations. I would use this approach if possible. Unterminated connections could make the noise worse.

Patrick,

From a signal integrity point of view even the unused IO's should be terminated.
