Pin diagram for 64-ball BGA package of DS90CR287 not in datasheet

Hi,

We would like to use the BGA package for the DS90CR287, but the datasheet only shows the pin diagram for the TSSOP package and not the BGA package.

Datasheet indicates that it was last revised March 2013.

    Hi Eoin,

    The BGA package is not preferrable over TSSOP in most cases because of soldering complexity, and it appears that the pin diagram mapping did not make it when the DS90CR287 datasheet was ported over from National Semiconductor's Database to TI. After doing some digging, I found a National datasheet with the pin diagram for the BGA package. Please see attachment below (p. 12-13):
