Dear support team
Parity Error count register is 8bit.
How does the value of the register turn out ,if register value is "FF" and bist error occur ?
Will the value keep "FF" or count up("00") ?

Hello,
The error counter is saturating. The value will stay at FF for both the most significant bit (MSB) and least significant bit (LSB) once both have hit maximum errors. This applies to the parity error count registers (0x1A and 0x1B) in default operation mode and the error count register (0x25) in BIST mode.
